Guarantee
Contract and puppy health guarantee.
This contract refers to our kennel as the seller and the buyer. To the best of our knowledge, we guaranty the health of every puppy we sell. For a year, hip dysplasia and inherited heart, lung, or liver issues are covered under the health guaranty.
Health Guarantee Exclusions:
Fertility problems, eye color changes, internal and external parasites, and communicable disorders are not covered by the health guaranty. Size and coat color are not guaranteed by us. If the buyer’s first veterinary examination reveals a major health issue, the seller must be notified by phone within 48 hours of the diagnosis. We will need a copy of the paperwork and could need a second opinion from a certified veterinarian. Only if both properly competent veterinarians concur on a major flaw will the puppy be replaced.
The original puppy must be returned to the seller at the buyer’s cost, however we guaranty a new puppy that is at least as valuable to the buyer. The vendor will have three months to find another dog if none is available at that time. There will be no reimbursements, and the seller will not be liable for any veterinary expenses.
Liabilities
Buyer also agrees not to hold seller liable for any actions taken by the puppy once buyer takes possession of the puppy. The buyer will assume full responsibility and liability for the puppy. The seller will not be liable for damages, actions of aggression, or injuries caused to any person by the puppy.
Buyers Requirements
Buyer must have health check up within 5 business days of purchase by a licensed veterinarian.
All vaccinations must be current and administered by a licensed veterinarian.
Seller must be notified within 48 hours of any health issues covered for a replacement puppy.
No refunds or monies will be exchanged. All sales are final.
Terms For Agreement
This contract is null and void if the above requirements are not met by the buyer. Any legal claims must be filed in US or Canadian jurisdiction, and the buyer will be responsible for any legal fees incurred by the seller. The buyer is responsible for reading and understanding all terms laid out in this agreement, and by signing this document, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
